Your journeys, all at once
Import your upcoming TGV Lyria journeys and find all information you need (seating, on-board services, times, etc.). Your ticket on your smartphone: for e-tickets bought via a SNCF point of sale, just show your QR-Code in the application to the train manager during ticket checks.
Are you a member of the SNCF loyalty program VOYAGEUR? Connect with your loyalty card and synchronize automatically all journeys e-ticket reserved with your loyalty card. During ticket checks, simply show the barcode of your journey to the train manager.
Manage your bookings
Exchange* your e-tickets with Lyria Flex fare bought via a SNCF point of sale up to one hour after departure via the app, and benefit from a guaranteed seat on your new train – no need to wait in line!
You changed your mind? Cancel** your journeys to benefit from pre-departure refund conditions. Finalize your refund at a point of sale up to two months after the journey.

Reserve a cab
In France, the iDCAB service allows you to book a cab or a vehicle with a driver to or from your train station.
Service reminders before your journey
Receive departure platforms in France (subject to availability). Service reminders for Lyriacorner service at Paris Gare de Lyon before the journey for 1st class international travelers departing from Paris.
*Exchange is possible for e-tickets bought at an SNCF sales office with a Lyria FLEX fare or equivalent fare, up to one hour before departure of the train. You will receive an email containing the details of your new journey.
**Cancellation before departure enables a refund (you benefit from the before-departure terms and conditions of refund). Please contact the issuing sales office within a maximum of two months. Depending on your fare and your sales office, a fee may be deducted from the amount refunded. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
