To cancel tickets booked in France :
Make sure you have the following information to hand:
1. Date of departure of your train
2. Number of the TGV Lyria train on which you have reserved seats
3. Your booking reference number (9 digits on the lower right of your ticket)
To help you understand the information contained on your ticket, go to the interactive ticket .

Alternatively, you can go to a station, SNCF office or approved travel agency or visit www.voyages-sncf.com and select Train then Gérer vos commandes (Manage your orders).
Good to know
You can cancel your tickets in France, prior to the departure of your TGV Lyria train, at : www.voyages-sncf.com or via the Ligne Directe telephone service on 36 35 if you made your reservation on www.voyages-sncf.com, at a station, SNCF office or travel agency.
To cancel tickets booked in Switzerland
The method of cancellation depends on where you bought the ticket.
A) For tickets with a magnetic strip on the back :
Make sure you have the following information to hand:
1. Date of departure of your train
2. Number of the TGV Lyria train on which you have reserved seats
3. Your booking reference number (6 characters on the lower right of your ticket)
For tickets booked on www.tgv-europe.ch :
Make sure you have your booking reference number and your payment card details, then go to www.tgv-europe.ch.
The reserved seats will be unbooked. TGV Europe Customer Services will give you a refund upon presentation of the original tickets within 60 days following the unbooking of the seats.
For tickets booked at the Rail Europe office in Geneva. :

B) For tickets without a magnetic strip on the back:
You must go to one of the stations in Switzerland and present the original tickets to make your cancellation.
Good to know
You can cancel your ticket in Switzerland right up to the moment of the departure of your TGV Lyria train (excludes fares subject to specific conditions).
