Late train, ticket reimbursed!

If your train arrives at its destination with a delay of at least 30 minutes on a TGV Lyria stretch of at least
100 km, you may receive compensation* under the Guaranteed Time Promise in the form of “Bon Voyages” travel vouchers equivalent to one third of the total value of your ticket.
To obtain your compensation, simply:
- complete the “regularity” envelope given to you,
- place your original ticket inside and
- post the envelope (free post)
within 45 days after your date of travel.
If you did not receive a “regularity” envelope, you can send your original tickets directly to one of the following addresses:

Good to know
If the delay is caused by factors beyond the control of SNCF or CFF (such as malicious acts, demonstrations by persons unconnected to SNCF or CFF, obstacles on the railway track etc.), the Guaranteed Time Promise does not apply and no compensation will be awarded.
