Railteam

Helping you get around Europe at high speed.

Railteam is a cooperative effort between several European rail companies.
Today, this non-exclusive alliance has seven founder members: DB (German National Railways), SNCF (French National Railway Company), Eurostar, NS Hispeed (the high-speed train operator in the Netherlands), ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways), CFF (Swiss Federal Railways), SNCB (National Railway Company of Belgium) as well as three associate members: Lyria, Thalys and the DB/SNCF cooperative.
These members may be joined by other European railway companies in the future.

What is Railteam's aim?
TGV Lyria is a member of Railteam - the alliance of the leading European high-speed railways – and guarantees to the international passengers the following service features:

+ Multilingual staff and information points to assist (you) at connecting stations.

+ On board staff/crew to answer (your) questions about connections.

+ Access to the next available Railteam connecting train in case of missed connection if for any reason your initial Railteam service is running late.

+ Lounge access for top tear frequent travellers holding a valid international / cross border ticket for the day.

+ Real-time information about your journey via smartphone.
