International travellers on TGV Lyria trains (residing in France) can now take advantage of the SNCF Grand Voyageur (Frequent Traveller) loyalty programme. When travelling on TGV Lyria trains, Grand Voyageur subscribers are able to collect S’Miles and use them next time they travel.

How do I collect S’Miles?
Just present your Grand Voyageur card when you buy, order or reserve your tickets in France.
How do I order reward tickets?
Reward tickets (train tickets supplied in exchange for S’Miles) can be ordered via the dedicated Grand Voyageur telephone number: 0 892 891 892 (€0.34/min, incl. all taxes) or online on www.grandvoyageur-sncf.com and click on “commander des billets primes” to order your reward tickets.
This dedicated line allows you to:
- buy or reserve tickets.
- make a direct exchange (in accordance with the conditions of your ticket).
- obtain information about timetables and the running of trains.
Reward tickets will only be supplied in exchange for S’Miles. The conditions for obtaining and converting S’Miles can be found in the Primes du Programme Grand Voyageur (Frequent Traveller Loyalty Rewards) brochure.
To join the programme:
- Go to an SNCF station, office or approved travel agency,
- Call 0 892 891 892 (€0.34/min, incl. all taxes),
- Go to the www.grandvoyageur-sncf.com where you can also check your S’Miles balance, order train tickets, buy or renew your Grand Voyageur card, take advantage of special offers or read the latest Grand Voyageur news.
Take advantage of numerous benefits
The Grand Voyageur service allows you to take advantage of numerous offers and services:
- Access to station lounges
You can gain access to comfortable lounges, found in the biggest stations in France and Europe and equipped with Internet access, magazines, drinks and bar service, by presenting your Grand Voyageur card and current travel ticket. It’s the perfect place to go to enjoy your wait!
- Electronic ticket
You can order and pay for your ticket in a travel agency and collect it from a Borne Libre Service (self-service ticket machine) in the station on the day of your departure.
When you order your ticket, you must give your Grand Voyageur card number or your payment card number (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard) as you will be asked for these again when you collect your ticket from the self-service machine.
