ARTICLE 1: REGISTRATION
1.1 CREATING AN ACCOUNT
The Internet user is invited to fill out a registration form. By doing so he undertakes to supply full and accurate details. He also undertakes to update the details on his registration form without delay.
His registration will be confirmed by email to the address given on the registration form.
Minors may register provided they have obtained permission from their parents or guardians in advance. TGV Lyria reserves the right to ask for written proof at any time, and to carry out checks, as well as terminate any account held by a minor who does not provide the aforementioned authorisation within the required time.
Following registration, the Internet user will be given a login and password allowing him to personalise his travel diary.
Only one registration per household (same last name, same email address).
Any connection or transferral of data made with the login and password of a user will be assumed to have been made by the user himself. The user is solely responsible for all usage of his login and password. In the case of loss, theft or fraud, the user must immediately notify TGV Lyria.
1.2 CONTRIBUTION
Each Internet user will be able to suggest textual elements for the website, which are his sole responsibility.

1. 3 FREE SERVICE
Using the service provided by TGV Lyria and described in these general conditions is entirely free.
However, equipment (computer, telephone, software, telecommunications, etc.) allowing access to this service is at the sole expense of the user, as well as all Internet connection costs.
ARTICLE 2 : WEBSITE CONTENT MONITORING
TGV Lyria has set up a service allowing Internet users to alert the website editor should they find unlawful material or anything contrary to these general conditions.

TGV Lyria or any person or entity designated by this company, reserves the right to block any content that does not respect the clauses in these general conditions.
ARTICLE 3 : RESPECT FOR THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
Internet users using the website guarantee their participation or any content they might suggest under the “Between you and me” heading.
In general, and this being a non-exhaustive list, Internet users agree not to circulate any of the following on the website :
- remarks, libellous or abusive signs or images, or which undermine the private life of others,
- remarks, denigrating signs or images of other persons or entities or the products and/or brands of a third party.
- photos of any person without his written agreement in advance
- creations of any kind without agreement from the holders of the intellectual rights for those creations
ARTICLE 4 : RESPECT FOR LAW AND PUBLIC ORDER
In general, and this being a non-exhaustive list, Internet users agree not to circulate any of the following on the website :
- texts, photographs or drawings that in any way endanger minors using the Internet,
- texts photographs or drawings that constitute incitement to crime or wrongdoing, provocation to discriminate, hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity or religion, bringing into question the existence of crimes against humanity or recognised genocides, false reports, undermining the authority of the State or incitement to suicide.
- any kind of message of a violent or pornographic nature or anything that could seriously undermine human dignity.
- any kind of political or sexual messages.
In general, Internet users agree to accept all the rules and regulations in force in France.
