 Switzerland and Paris, moving ever closer

Basel and Zurich within easy reach from Paris :

+ Journey times reduced by 30 minutes. Only 3 hrs 3 mins* between Paris and Basel and 4 hrs 3 mins* between Paris and Zurich – enjoy!

+ Double decker trains with new technological innovations will run gradually on this line for added comfort.

+ The on-board TGV Lyria team is made up of a Swiss and a French train manager in order to meet all your needs, whatever your nationality.

+ The new Lyriapremière service is also in place on board.

+ The change of station in Paris: trains arrive at/depart from Paris Gare de Lyon (Paris Gare de l’Est is no longer used).

Lyriapremière is an entirely new service, for all customers travelling 1st class between Paris/Dijon and Switzerland. This service is designed to turn your journey into a moment of pure relaxation.

 Franco-Swiss on-board assistance

In order to better meet the expectations of its clientele, TGV Lyria has launched a new service – the availability of Franco-Swiss on-board assistance on its trains. Passengers are accompanied throughout their journey by a mixed team, made up of a French and a Swiss train manager.
This service allows us to live up to the expectations of our international clientele as well as to facilitate transfers while highlighting the expertise of both countries.This new structure is in place on all our lines.
