E-ticketing service

Take advantage of the e-ticketing service available for Flexi, Piccolissimo, Piccolo, Leisure 1 and 2, Youth, Senior, Switzerland season ticket, Family Plus and Wheel chair fares

Purchase and print your own e-ticket confirmation

There is no longer any need to withdraw a ticket at the station; just print out your confirmation slip at any time prior to the departure of your TGV Lyria service.

Never again will you lose or forget your ticket; you can reprint your e-ticket confirmation as many times as you need to, at home, at the office, or at any station in France.

E-tickets are personal and cannot be transferred to any other person: train managers will ask to see your e-ticket confirmation slip and proof of identity.

E-tickets can be purchased in the following ways:

- Via the Internet: www.voyages-sncf.com or www.tgv-europe.ch
- Via Ligne Directe
- In stations and SNCF boutiques
- At self-service terminals
- At SNCF partner travel agencies
- Via the Rail Europe network

Change or cancel your ticket from the comfort of your desk

It is very easy to change or cancel an e-ticket reservation prior to departure (according to the conditions associated with the fare purchased), using your journey reference number or full name and date of birth.

It is not even necessary to reprint your confirmation slip after changing the reservation (except for changes made via Internet).

However, specific after-sales conditions do apply to e-tickets:

- In line with the conditions associated with the fare purchased, e-tickets can be exchanged up to 30 minutes after departure, at no additional cost, on voyages-sncf.mobi, via the "train times and reservations" mobile applications available for iPhone and iPad, using Android and BlackBerry terminals or by telephone on +33 (0) 892 35 35 35 (€0.34/min, excluding any additional operator charges).

- In line with the conditions associated with the fare purchased, e-tickets can be exchanged or refunded up to two hours after departure, at no additional cost, at the departure station in France.

- After two hours, e-tickets can no longer be exchanged or refunded.

E-ticket and Grand Voyageur makes travelling even easier!

In addition to earning S’Miles, your Grand Voyageur loyalty card can now be used as a ticket, removing even the need to print out your e-ticket confirmation. However, you will always be able to print out a travel memo listing key information about your trip (seat number, departure time, etc.).

Exchanging or refunding prior to departure

E-tickets can be exchanged or refunded prior to departure, according to the conditions associated with the fare purchased. After departure, only e-tickets purchased at a Flexi or Corporate fare can be exchange or refunded.

- IN FRANCE:

In line with the conditions associated with the fare purchased, e-tickets can be exchanged or refunded via approved SNCF partner Internet sites or using SNCF or approved partner mobile phone applications, at stations in France, in SNCF boutiques, SNCF partner travel agents and via Ligne Directe*. However, approved SNCF partner travel agents and/or official SNCF partners may apply certain specific conditions to ticket exchanges.

- OUTSIDE FRANCE:

In line with the conditions associated with the fare purchased, e-tickets can be exchanged or refunded on approved SNCF partner Internet sites, via Ligne Directe*, using SNCF or approved partner mobile phone applications, or at the Rail Europe boutique in Geneva (at a cost). For exchanges made via Ligne Directe, and if the cost of the new ticket is higher, the customer must pay the difference by credit or debit card. Exchanges for a lower-priced ticket may only be made if the original purchase was made by card. The difference will then be credited back to that card. However, approved SNCF partner travel agents and/or official SNCF partners may apply certain specific conditions to ticket exchanges. Exchanges via Ligne Directe* may only be made for identical amounts, although cancelation is possible, if the fare conditions allow.

Exchanging or refunding after departure (only for Flexi and Corporate fares)

TGV Lyria tickets can be exchanged or refunded free of charge prior to the scheduled departure time.

- EXCHANGE

E-tickets can be exchanged for another train on the same day and same route, at no additional cost:

   – Up to 30 minutes after departure via Ligne Directe* or using SNCF approved partner mobile phone applications.

   – Up to 2 hours after departure at the departure station in France (ticket office or SNCF boutique). After two hours, e-tickets can no longer be exchanged or refunded.

- REFUNDS

E-tickets can be refunded up to two hours after departure, at the departure station in France only (ticket office or SNCF boutique). After two hours, e-tickets can no longer be refunded.

However, approved SNCF partner travel agents and/or official SNCF partners may apply certain specific conditions to ticket exchanges.
