 Buffet car: the friendly meeting at the counter
Located in the middle of the train (carriage 4 or 14), TGV Lyria bar provides a service for tasty snacks and meals. It is a pleasant setting to enjoy a drink or a snack – and you will be spoilt for choice: sandwiches, hot/cold local dishes, salads, children’s menu, hot and cold drinks, treats etc., to eat at the bar or take away.
Our stewards and hostesses, whom will be wearing a new uniform, will invite you to discover our latest menu which has been entirely renewed on board our trains between Lausanne, Bern/ Neuchâtel, Zurich/ Basel and Paris! We guarantee to provide you with fresh and high-quality products, which will invite you to travel between Switzerland and France.
First class: the convenience of service at your seat
Travel in 1st class and enjoy a complimentary refreshment at your arrival as well as an at-seat restaurant service* provided throughout the day, for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

How to book/pay for your meal in 1st class?
Several solutions are possible:
Book and pay on-line your seated restaurant service in 1st class and benefit from a 10% reduction*.

When departing from France, you can pay for your meal when buying your TGV Lyria ticket at your SNCF train station. You will then get a 10% reduction on the price of your meal.
When departing from Switzerland, you can book your meal when buying your TGV Lyria ticket at your CFF train station. The payment will take place on board, on the day you are travelling.
You can also purchase your meal once on board the train.
On board payment must be made in cash (Euros or CHF), by cheque payable in France and upon presentation of an official document bearing your photograph to prove your identity, by French “Tickets Restaurants ®” (restaurant vouchers) or by French bank cards with a chip and a CB logo. Foreign bank cards with VISA, MasterCard or American Express logos are also accepted.
