If you have left or lost property on a TGV Lyria train, you should contact the lost and found service in France or Switzerland depending on your destination/journey.

If you travelled on a TGV Lyria train to Switzerland:
Good to know
You must provide the date of loss, the number of the TGV Lyria train taken and the route followed. The more information you can provide, the more chance there is of finding the article.

There is a lost and found service (“Service des Objets trouvés”) in the station which is open from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

If your TGV Lyria train terminated at Paris Gare de l’Est:
In the station:
There is a lost and found service (“Service des Objets trouvés”) in the luggage area on level - 1 in the station (main hall opposite the toilets).

The service is open:
from Monday to Sunday, 6am to 11: 45pm,
including bank holidays

Good to know
When reporting lost property, you must quote:
- the date and place of loss,
- description of the lost article,
- your personal details
The lost and found (“Objets trouvés”) service will not contact you unless the article has been found.
Article return fee: €9.
The SNCF lost and found service (“service des Objets Trouvés”) will not return found property to overseas residential addresses.
