How to Exchange & Refund your tickets?

If your fare conditions allow, you have up to two months (date to date) to apply for a refund or exchange your ticket.
The exchange or refund can be requested at the place where you bought your ticket.

In France

  • In SNCF stations,
  • In SNCF stores and approved travel agents.

In Switzerland

  • In CFF stations and accredited agencies
  • For any ticket with a magnetic strip, purchased on ch.oui.sncf/fr, please send your request within a 60 days delay to the following adress :

You must join your travel document as a proof, to your request. 


Lost or stolen tickets 

Under no circumstances can a refund or duplicate be provided for lost or stolen tickets.
