    To get to Paris, you need to get to either Lausanne or Geneva Cornavin, where you can pick up a direct, cross-platform connection to the Lausanne–Paris or Geneva–Paris service, respectively.

  • How many TGV Lyria services are there per day to Paris?

    You can get to Paris on any of the 11 daily services between Paris and Lausanne and Paris and Geneva by changing at either Lausanne or Geneva Cornavin station. This page displays the TGV Lyria train timetables in detail.

  • How long is the train journey from Montreux to Paris?

    The total journey time from Montreux to Paris, including the connection, is under 5 hours. It takes around 1 hour for the TER (regional train) journey from Montreux to Geneva, then a further 3 hours 11 minutes from Geneva to Paris.

  • How much does a ticket cost?

    When travelling from Lausanne to Paris or from Geneva to Paris you have a choice of three classes: BUSINESS 1ERE, STANDARD 1ERE and STANDARD. Single tickets in STANDARD class are available from TGV Lyria for 49 € / CHF 49 all year round. This price does not include the cost of the TER ticket from Montreux to Geneva/Lausanne.
