Service disruptions from Wednesday 7 May to Sunday 11 May
Due to a strike, train services may be disrupted between Wednesday 7 May and Sunday 11 May.
Travellers whose train is cancelled and who provided their contact details when booking will receive the information by email 2 days before their trip.
No need to worry: The transport schedule will be published on this page 48 hours before services operate.
Ticket exchanges and refunds
If you were planning to travel between 7 and 11 May inclusive, you can, before your train’s departure:
Cancel your ticket and receive a full refund, either via your original point of sale (SNCF, CFF) or the travel agency where you purchased your ticket.
Exchange your ticket free of charge for another service between the same departure and arrival stations.
Please note: cancellations must be filed before the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
If you have a return ticket linked to this journey, it can also be exchanged or refunded at no extra cost.
