Lost property On TGV Lyria trains

You’re travelling on board TGV Lyria. Lost in thought, you’re gazing out the window, admiring the scenery, when suddenly you hear an announcement. You have arrived at your destination. You hurriedly pack up your belongings before getting off the train. Once you’re on the platform, as you watch the train set off again, you realise that you’ve left something on board.

 There are several options available to you. You can either:  


  • Go to an SBB ticket office in a Swiss station  

  • Call +41 (0) 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min from a Swiss landline) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week  

  • Complete one of the 3 forms available, depending on your situation.

You’re travelling on board a TGV Lyria service to France

There are several options available to you. You can either:   


You will be notified by email or telephone if your item is found. You can then collect it from the station where it was handed in or, if you wish, have it sent to your home.  

To receive your item, you will need to show proof of identity and pay a €5 or €10 return fee, depending on the value of the item.*
