The catering staff
They bring you the feast that awaits you on board. Our best ambassadors, they love to share their suggestions from the Le Déli and La Table menus. Ask for a menu. Yum!
💡 Did you know? At TGV Lyria, we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients. And our chefs redesign the menus each year with the coming of spring and as autumn approaches.
The replenishment staff
When you tuck into something tasty on board, it’s because our trains have been restocked on time. Our replenishment staff are the people who ensure that gourmet snacks are delivered to the buffet coach and mouth-watering meals to BUSINESS 1ÈRE.
The cleaning staff
Scrubbing, sweeping and polishing, they’re the kings and queens of cleanliness! When a train arrives at its destination, they pass through each coach to leave it spick and span.
The maintenance staff
Our trains aren’t immune to wear and tear. Whether it’s replacing a seat here or repairing a table there, our maintenance staff ensure that you travel in comfort and style.
