¹Exchange conditions depend on the level of flexibility (full / partial / no flexibility).
For partially flexible tickets: tickets can be exchanged free of charge up to 7 days before departure. After that, an exchange fee of €25 (CHF 24) applies. In both cases, any price difference with the new ticket remains at your expense. Refunds before departure are possible with a €40 (CHF 38) deduction per ticket.
For fully flexible tickets, unlimited free exchanges and refunds are allowed.
For children under 12, exchanges and refunds are free of charge, but only before departure.

On board our TGV Lyria trains, you’ll find:
