ARTICLE 1: ORGANISING COMPANY
The company Lyria, a Simplified Joint Stock Company whose registered office is located at 25 rue Titon, 75011 Paris and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 428 678 627 00046, represented by Mr. Eric Dehlinger, in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, duly authorised (hereinafter the “Organising Company”), is organising between 28 November 2025 at 11 a.m. and 4 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m. inclusive (hereinafter the “Game Period”), a game entitled “A stay in Basel”, enabling one (1) participant to win a round-trip journey departing from Paris and bound for Basel in Première Signature class for two people, with a unit value of 220 CHF, two entries to visit the Fondation Beyeler with a value of 60 CHF, two gastronomic menus in 9 courses at the restaurant Roots in Basel with a value of 420 CHF, two nights at the Märthof**** hotel in Basel for two people including breakfast with a value of 500 CHF, for a total amount of 1420 CHF (hereinafter the “Game”).
Every participant in the Game must refer to these rules (hereinafter the “Rules”) in order to become aware of the participation methods. Participation in the Game implies the express and unconditional acceptance of the Rules, in all its provisions, as well as the laws and regulations applicable to games in force in France.
ARTICLE 2: ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible, the participant must meet the eligibility conditions herein. There is no entry fee to participate in the Game. If the participant is eligible, he may participate in the Game by following the procedure described below.
The Game is open to any natural person of legal age on the date of the Game, that is at the latest 4 December 2025 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Participants” and individually as a “Participant”), and residing in France.
By participating in the Game, the participant confirms that he is eligible. Participants may be asked to provide proof of their eligibility, in particular of their identity and their age. Any false declaration will lead to the automatic exclusion from the Game.
ARTICLE 3: ENTRY PROCEDURE
This game is accessible from the Facebook and Instagram accounts of TGV Lyria:

This game is neither managed nor sponsored by the company Facebook or Instagram.
The period of the game extends from 28 November 2025 at 11:00 a.m. to 4 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m., French metropolitan time, the date and time of connection being authoritative.
To participate in the game, the Participant must:
- Be the holder of an account on Facebook or Instagram
- Be subscribed to the Facebook or Instagram account of @tgvlyria
- Comment on the Facebook or Instagram publication by identifying a third person
Participants may play within the limit of one participation per social network during the Game Period and subject to compliance with the participation procedure.
Participation in the game is carried out only digitally.
The staff of the Organising Company, of their parent, sister and subsidiary companies, their suppliers and service providers as well as members of their families are not eligible to participate in the Game.
The Organising Company reserves the right to disqualify any person who violates the participation procedure of the Game.
Any incomplete, inaccurate participation or any participation not respecting the above modalities cannot be taken into account and will consequently lead to the nullity of the participation.
The Organising Company cannot be held responsible for any participation lost, late, incorrect, invalid, incomprehensible or inexplicit, whatever the reason may be.
The entry of personal information collected within the framework of the organisation of the Game is mandatory, these information being necessary for the awarding of the Prize.
These data will be processed under the conditions provided for in the Rules. The participant undertakes that:
Any participation does not describe any illegal, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or profane element, which could constitute or encourage a behaviour that would be considered as a crime or an infringement of a law or which contains something inappropriate or contrary to the common standards of taste and decency, or which is deliberately intended to harm Lyria or a third party, and that any comments (where applicable) are not defamatory nor disparaging regarding TGV Lyria, other companies of the SNCF group or the CFF or a third party;
Any entry does not constitute nor contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of “spam”;
No participant may impersonate a person or an entity and mislead TGV Lyria as to the origin of his participation;
By the present, the participant waives and accepts not to assert any moral right over his participation and in relation thereto.
ARTICLE 4: WINNER SELECTION
On 5 December 2025, one (1) participation on the two social networks will be drawn at random by two members of the staff of the Organising Company, by means of the Excel software. This draw will be carried out among all the Participants having complied with the participation conditions (the “Winner”). The Winner will be contacted as from 5 December 2025, by email, by members of the Organising Company.
In the event that the Winner does not reply within a period of seven days from the sending of the message announcing the win, the Organising Company reserves the right to disqualify him.
If the Winner cannot be contacted or has not manifested himself before 12 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m., the Prize will be deemed not awarded.
The awarding of the Prize will become definitive only after verification of the information concerning the Winner by the Organising Company.
The Organising Company will not be required to award any Prize to a Winner:
- if he cannot provide proof of his eligibility,
- if he has obviously, and by any means, succeeded in distorting the result of the Game,
- if he has not complied with the Rules,
- if reasons external to the Organising Company prevent the awarding of the prize, including in case of technical failures.
All efforts will be deployed to provide the Prize; if circumstances beyond its control and constituting a case of force majeure oblige it to do so, it may replace the Prize with a lot of equivalent value. The Prizes cannot give rise to any modification, nor to any contestation of any kind, nor to the awarding, in whole or in part, of their counter-value, nor to their exchange or replacement, and this, for any reason whatsoever.
The Prize may in no way be awarded or transferred (notably by act of sale or auction) to other persons.
The Organising Company may, if circumstances beyond its control and constituting a case of force majeure oblige it to do so, replace the Prize with a lot of equivalent value.
ARTICLE 5: PRIZE
The Game is endowed with the following lot:
1 travel experience to be carried out between 23 January and March 2026 (excluding the Basel Carnival period) from the announcement, depending on the availability of the participating establishments. It includes:
- A round-trip journey departing from Paris and bound for Basel in Première Signature class for two persons with a unit value of 220 CHF
- Two entries to visit the Fondation Beyeler with a value of 60 CHF
- Two gastronomic menus in 9 courses at the restaurant Roots in Basel with a value of 420 CHF
- Two nights at the Märthof**** hotel in Basel for two persons including breakfast with a value of 500 CHF
Total value: 1420 CHF
The liability of the company Lyria is limited to the amount of the prizes awarded under the game and, in any event, the participants refrain from requesting anything else: All costs not included (additional catering, additional accommodation, personal expenses, travel expenses, …) remain the exclusive responsibility of the winner and of their accompanying person.
Consequently, the Organising Company cannot be held responsible for any dispute related to the awarding of the Prizes. The Prizes cannot give rise to any modification, nor to any contestation of any kind, nor to the awarding, in whole or in part, of their counter-value, nor to their exchange or replacement, and this, for any reason whatsoever.
The Prizes may in no way be awarded, given or transferred (notably by act of sale or auction) to other persons.
The Organising Company may, if circumstances beyond its control and constituting a case of force majeure oblige it to do so, replace the Prize with a lot of equivalent value.
The Prizes cannot, at the request of the winners, be the subject of a refund in cash or a counterpart of any nature whatsoever, nor be replaced by a lot of equivalent nature.
ARTICLE 6: PERSONAL DATA
The personal data communicated during the participation of the Participants will be used only for the needs of the Game, without this use being able to open other rights or any advantages other than the awarding of the Prize.
The personal data of the Participants will be processed in accordance with the European Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection. The Participants have a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of their data which they may exercise by contacting [email protected]
The data will be kept in a secure environment for the time necessary to manage participation in the Game and the awarding of the Prize.
The participant may, in case of dispute, file a complaint with the CNIL, whose website is accessible at the following address: http//www.cnil.fr
The headquarters of the CNIL is located at 3, Place de Fontenoy 75007 Paris.
ARTICLE 7: GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Organising Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify all or part of the Game in the event of fraud, technical problem or any other event beyond the control of the Organising Company which would undermine the integrity or the proper functioning of the Game, at the sole discretion of the Organising Company, and the responsibility of the Organising Company may not be incurred due to such cancellation, suspension or modification.
However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be made available free of charge on the TGV Lyria website and sent free of charge to any person having made a request for the rules by written or electronic means.
The Organising Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who does not respect the conditions of the Rules or whose behaviour would go against moral respect rules. Any deliberate act of sabotage of the Game is likely to constitute a violation of the civil and criminal legislation in force. If such an act were to occur, the Organising Company reserves the right to claim damages from the concerned person, within the limit of what is authorised by law. Any failure of the Organising Company to avail itself of one of the provisions of the Rules shall not constitute in any case a waiver of this possibility of action.
The participant chooses to make available personally identifiable information, other information and/or his participation.
ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY LIMITATION
After receipt of his Prize, the Winner undertakes to discharge from all liability the company TGV Lyria, their parent, sister or subsidiary companies, suppliers, service providers, notably commercial partners, and all their administrators, directors, employees and respective representatives (together the “Guaranteed Parties”) and guarantees them against any action or cause for action, including notably but not exclusively, material damage or material loss occurring during participation, during the awarding or the use or non-use of the Prize.
The Guaranteed Parties may in no case be held responsible for:
- any incorrect or inaccurate information, attributable to or caused by (i) the Participants, (ii) printing errors or (iii) any equipment or program associated with the Game or used on the occasion of the Game;
- any unauthorised human intervention in the participation process or the Game;
- any technical or human error occurring in the administration of the Game or in the process of participation in the Game;
- any material prejudice or material damage caused directly or indirectly, in part or in full, by the participation of a person in the Game or by his use or non-use of the Prize.
If, for any reason whatsoever, the participation of a Participant turns out to have been erased, lost, destroyed or altered by mistake, the only remedy to which this person could claim would be a new participation in the Game. It is understood that, in this hypothesis and in case of interruption of all or part of the Game, the Organising Company may, at its sole discretion, choose to organise a random draw among the eligible Participants having manifested themselves before the interruption date in order to award the Prize.
ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW
Unless legal prohibitions, the Participants accept that:
any dispute, claim and cause for action arising from or in connection with the Game will be resolved individually in an amicable manner, without any recourse to any form of collective recourse. In the absence of an amicable solution, the disputes will be settled by the competent courts, French law being applicable;
any claim, sentence or compensation will be limited to only the actual refundable costs, including the costs related to participation in the Game, to the exclusion of lawyers’ fees;
in no case may the Participants obtain compensation and they waive any right to direct or indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages of any damage, other than the actual refundable costs, and to any right of multiplication and increase of the damages.
All questions relating to the drafting, conclusion, subscription, validity, interpretation and execution of the Rules, or to the rights or obligations of the Participants and the Organising Company in relation with the Game, are governed and interpreted according to French law exclusively, without giving rise to any choice of a provision or rule of law or conflict of laws, which would have the effect of making applicable the law of another jurisdiction.
These provisions:

ARTICLE 10: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Organising Company, its parent, sister or subsidiary companies, are holders of all the intellectual property rights relating to the Game. These rights belong to them, or they hold the rights of use thereto.
Participation in the Game does not confer upon the Participants any right over these intellectual property rights.
As such, it is formally forbidden to reproduce, represent, modify, transmit, publish, adapt, on any medium whatsoever, by any means whatsoever, or exploit in any manner whatsoever, all or part of the websites of the Organising Company and of the company TGV Lyria, their parent, sister or subsidiary companies, or of the elements relating to the Game without the prior written authorisation of the concerned company.
ARTICLE 11: ACCESS TO THE RULES
The complete Rules are available on the TGV Lyria website and may be sent free of charge to any person making the request, by electronic or postal means, until 8 December 2025 included, at the following address:

Requests must be made in writing and accompanied by full contact details of the applicant (surname, first name, postal address) as well as a bank identity statement for reimbursement where applicable.
Incomplete or late requests will not be processed.
The reimbursement of participation costs may be made upon simple written request addressed to the Organising Company before 8 December 2025 (date of receipt being authoritative), accompanied by a bank identity statement, and this within the limit of one reimbursement per household (same surname, same postal address).
Any request for reimbursement must be accompanied by:
– the date and time of participation,
– the name of the Internet service provider and the telephone plan to which the user subscribed when he participated,
– a copy of the invoice of the Internet service provider showing the date and time of connection,
– and a bank identity statement.
Requests for reimbursement must imperatively be sent by post to the following address:

The reimbursement will be made in the limit of the actual costs incurred by the Participant and on the basis of a simple local connection tariff.
The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer within an indicative period of 6 weeks.
These Rules consist of eleven (11) articles which constitute the complete Rules of the Game.
