I. Organising Companies
The TGV Lyria company, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €80,000, with its head office located at 25 rue Titon, 75011 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 428 678 627,
(hereinafter the ‘Organising Company’)
shall organise a free competition with no purchase necessary:
‘TGV Lyria Lausanne <> Marseille route special offer’
(hereinafter the ‘Competition’).
Participation in the Competition is subject to unreservedly accepting these rules.
II. Purpose of the Competition
The Competition has been organised to celebrate the opening of the Lausanne<> Marseille route operated by TGV Lyria.
It aims to promote this connection and to allow passengers to discover how it feels to travel between Switzerland and the South of France.
III. Terms of Participation
The Competition is open to any natural person who:
- is over 18 years old
- is a resident of France or Switzerland
- has internet access
The following people are not eligible to take part:
- Employees of TGV Lyria and its partners
- Anyone who has been involved in organising the Competition
Only one entry per person (same name, same email) is allowed.
Incomplete entries, fraudulent entries or entries that do not comply with these rules will be deemed invalid.
IV. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- access the entry form via the QR code on the website
- fill in the requested information
- confirm their entry in the manner specified
- specify whether they agree to their details being forwarded to the Competition partners (CRT PACA (regional tourism board) and the Marseille, Avignon and Aix-en-Provence tourism offices)
Entries that do not comply with these rules will not be considered.
V. Duration of the Competition
The Competition will run from 24 August 2026 up to and including 11 September 2026.
The Organising Company reserves the right to modify, extend or cut short the Competition if necessary.
VI. Winner selection procedure
The winner will be selected in one of the following ways :
- via a prize draw
- according to specific factors (e.g. creativity of responses, answering a question, etc.)
(to be adapted based on the actual procedure(s))
The draw/selection will take place on 14 September 2026.
The winner will be contacted via the email address they used to enter the Competition.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
VII. Prizes
The winner will receive:
1 round trip for 2 people on the Lausanne <> Marseille route with TGV Lyria
Conditions:
- Travel in Standard Première – worth €700
- Valid for 7 weeks from when the winner is announced
- Subject to availability
The prize:
- is given to a specific person
- cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash
- cannot be transferred to another route
VIII. Liability
The Organising Company cannot be held liable for:
- technical issues which prevent participation
- loss or delay of entries
- any modification or cancellation of the Competition due to force majeure
IX. Personal Data
The data collected is used only for the purposes of the Competition.
In accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR), all participants have
- a right of access
- a right to rectification
- a right to deletion
regarding their personal data.
X. Image Rights and communication
The winner authorises the Organising Company to
- use their first and last name
- mention their name in communications related to the Competition
without financial compensation to the winner.
XI. Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the Competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
The rules are available free of charge upon request from the Organising Company.
XII. Applicable law
These rules are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
