La Table is a unique on-board service concept, perfectly illustrating the dual French-Swiss identity of TGV Lyria. This delicate and inventive cuisine takes up the tradition of classic regional and seasonal dishes using local produce, and combining Swiss and French culinary expertise.

TGV Lyria invites you to taste the excellence of the Swiss and French chefs Philippe Chevrier and Damien Coche, two Michelin stars collaborating for more than 25 years at Domaine de Châteauvieux, a must-see gourmet restaurant in Geneva. The chefs let you enjoy a sensory experience through their signature dishes where the current seasonal produce is mastered. By working the ingredients as close to their nature, it reveals their aromas and flavours with generosity and simplicity.
One star to delight your taste buds
TGV Lyria has partnered with French chef Michel Roth, holder of one Michelin star (Bocuse d’Or and Meilleur Ouvrier de France), who has been head of the Bayview Restaurant at the Hotel President Wilson in Geneva for more than five years. Honoured as Western Swiss person of the year in 2016 by Gault&Millau, and at home in Geneva, Michel Roth perfectly embodies the dual French-Swiss identity of TGV Lyria, and was therefore a natural choice.
Combining his flawless command of French culinary classics with creative inspiration drawn from the Swiss local products that are dear to his heart, chef Michel Roth takes you on a sensory experience with his signature dishes using seasonal produce with generosity and simplicity.
La Table is available in BUSINESS 1ÈRE.
Our 3 breakfast, snack and lunch menus are offered alternately.
Traffic information – operational periods:
- Christmas break: BUSINESS 1ÈRE does not operate between 22 December 2018 and 1 January 2019.
- Summer break: BUSINESS 1ÈRE does not operate between 21 July 2019 and 23 August 2019.
Le Deli: a new catering concept available at the bar coach and with the at-seat sales service
Chef Mathieu Castex pursues new inspiration for this original menu.
The “Les deux chefs” box is a new arrival on-board. This selection is enhanced by urban and gourmet recipes specially designed for international travellers.
