Train delayed, Ticket reimbursed!

Your train was at least 30 minutes late arriving at its destination on a TGV Lyria journey of at least 100 km. Compensation may be paid as part of the Punctuality Guarantee. Please refer to the conditions set out in the table below, depending on whether you purchased your ticket in EURO or CHF:

Reimbursement of tickets purchased at a SNCF point of sale

  • Between 30 mins and 1 hr: 25% of the ticket price in SNCF vouchers only
  • Between 1 hr and 2 hr: 25% of the ticket price in SNCF vouchers or Euros
  • Between 2 hr and 3 hr: 50% of the ticket price in SNCF vouchers or Euros
  • More than 3 hr: 75% of the ticket price in SNCF vouchers or Euros.

Reimbursement of tickets purchased at a SBB point of sale

  • Between 30 mins and 1 hr: 25% of the ticket price in SBB vouchers ("Railbons") only
  • Between 1 hr and 2 hr: 25% of the ticket price in SBB vouchers ("Railbons") or CHF
  • Between 2 hr and 3 hr: 50% of the ticket price in SBB vouchers ("Railbons") or CFF
  • More than 3 hr: 75% of the ticket price in SBB vouchers ("Railbons") or CFF
