Top cafés in Paris for coworking

If you’re in Paris on business, it’s high time you found your ideal workspace. What do we look for in a perfect coworking space? Good coffee, a bustling, comfortable space full of hard workers and a great location for all your meetings.

10h10 Coworking Café

10h10 features cosy, vintage décor. Head to this coworking café in the Sentier district, right at the heart of Paris, and settle into your favourite spot. You just pay for the time you spend here and the rest is included. From coffee and snacks to high-speed Wi-Fi, flipcharts and a projector – this space has all the equipment you’d expect from a multinational. The vintage decor is a real bonus, with an Eighties feel for a welcoming workspace.
📍 10h10, Coworking Café, Rue Saint-Martin 210, 75003 Paris. From EUR 6 per hour.

Le Grand Bréguet

Get yourself over to Le Grand Bréguet. This one’s not a coworking space, a café or a bar. It’s more of a community space commandeered by freelancers, start-uppers and remote workers. Enter this huge space featuring vintage furniture, black walls and Chesterfield-style sofas. There’s a sweet little terrace at the back if you like working outdoors. Inside, it’s a hive of activity. You’ll see many people hunched over their laptops and others grazing on bar snacks. You can even enjoy a few beers in the late afternoon to polish off your working day.
📍 Le Grand Bréguet, Rue Bréguet 17, 75011 Paris. Just grab a drink and sit yourself down!

Nuage Café

On the left bank of the River Seine, make your way to Nuage Café. What are you waiting for? Get yourself over to this comfortable workspace. With large desks to work at, lamps and lighting giving a warm, fuzzy feel, vintage furniture and Nutella sandwiches from the kitchen, life is good at Nuage Café even if you’re slaving over a hot laptop! The best part about Nuage Café is that it provides ideal working conditions. You can pop outside to the garden for some fresh air. Have a lie down on the soft furnishings in the rest zone and take a power nap. Taste some real coffee in the kitchen. Grab a book or work in total silence in the library. Meet your clients in the dedicated meeting nook. In short, you’ll always be highly productive at Nuage Café.
📍 Nuage Café, Rue des Carmes 14, 75005 Paris. From EUR 6 per hour.

Café Hubsy

You’ll find branches of Café Hubsy all over Paris. Make your way to Arts et Métiers, République or Saint-Lazare for an intensive work session. Find your spot inside the café, grab your Hubsy mug and help yourself to your first coffee of the day. Just like at 10h10 and Nuage Café, you pay for the time you spend there. As for the rest, just help yourself. There’s coffee, tea, buns and other sweet treats to keep your energy levels topped up throughout the day. Need to do some printing? You’re in luck! Hubsy provides everything you need to print and bind your documents for just a few extra euros. A full day is unlikely to cost more than EUR 20, because there’s a cap once you go beyond five hours of hard labour.
📍 Café Hubsy ⎸ Arts et Métiers, Rue Réaumur 41, 75003 Paris
📍 Café Hubsy ⎸ Saint-Lazare, Rue d’Amsterdam 64, 75009 Paris
📍 Café Hubsy ⎸ République, Rue Lucien Sampaix 9bis, 75010 Paris

La Recyclerie

One of our favourite spaces to spend a productive working day, while enjoying reasonably priced food and a drink after a day of hard graft, is La Recyclerie. Right on the outer edge of the 18th arrondissement, only just in the inner Paris area, this former station plays host to serious professionals and food lovers. If you’re after a community space where you can spend time with others and focus on some deep work, this is the perfect place. Now an eco-hub, La Recyclerie has designed large greenhouses to sit along the old rails that used to serve Ornano station. All along these greenhouses, you can have a drink at one of the large tables. Upstairs, on the upper floor of the former station building, you’ll find tables where you can set up your laptop and enjoy your lunch break with a seasonal dish. As you can probably guess, this place is well-loved for its railway connection, sustainable stance and a whole range of non-profit and community events.
📍 La Recyclerie, Boulevard Ornano 83, 75018 Paris.

Gloster

This one’s not a café. It’s a bar! It’s one of the most original coworking spaces we’ve found in Paris. During the daytime, you can go into Gloster Bar and order a working session instead of a cocktail. There’s a warm, muted atmosphere with an almost exotic feel thanks to the wild wallpaper that transports you to Bali to live the digital nomad dream. For EUR 8, you can work in peace here for half a day between midday and 6 pm, and that includes two soft drinks. In the evening, you can upgrade from soft drinks as the bar returns to its primary function: serving rum. So, to polish off your working day in style, how about one of the house cocktails – a Señor Manzana or a Buffalo Bill?
📍Gloster Bar, Avenue de la Bourdonnais 111, 75007 Paris.

Working in Paris doesn’t have to be hard, no matter where you’re staying. Every district has comfortable, welcoming, functional spaces with fab food where you can set down your laptop and get your brain whirring for a serious half-day or full-day work session. Find the perfect café for you to cowork in peace and quiet.
